Sack the lot

Well, I guess it’s official now – the motley CRU are a bunch of crooks, but a six month statute of limitations means they can’t be called out.

I can see the argument now – “Nothing wrong with what the CRU did. After all, despite all the sceptic hysteria, no one was prosecuted.”

Who do you think will be the first to come out with that one?

Technically, Cats, you just did :-) But seriously I’d bet on Moonbat first with side bets on Porrit and Flannery to place.

What I find more problematic is that now it has been established you can withhold on a FOI without any blow-back as long as you can keep the fact you withheld secret for 6 months.

The wording of the Act has got to be deliberate hasn’t it?

No politician likes freedom of information. It sounds like a cool idea to promise it when in opposition, but once they get into power and discover all the stuff that has been covered up in the past, they get cold feet.

    “…seriously I’d bet on Moonbat first …”

Moonbat’s too busy trying to get someone to take up his offer of money to attempt a citizen’s arrest on Tony Blair…

Moonbat is moving on to new outlets for self-dramatising moral outrage.

Its all getting very interesting. The irritating Eddie Maioir (or however you spell his fucking name) previously a totally brainwashed bbc warmist dropped the tone of remorseless irony he reserves for everyone but Tony Benn and interviewed Beddington on PM today. You could feel his pain. Perfectly illustrating the increasingly frantic new (media) establisment position; broadly: “How can we ever trust what you scientists tell us again, I mean how could you? It all sounded so RIGHT evil capitalist americans exposed by morally perfect experts as raping the planet and pillaging the poor blacks. Can we blame Phil Jones now please, park him in a lifetimes litigation and get marcus boombastic brigstock back in the artic spinning his decks for gaia”.

Nearly as funny as seeing the absurd charles windsor being mobbed by chinese heiresses at the polyversity of east angular on a moral boosting mission to what looked like a collection of scared woodwork teachers in cheap suits (sorry climate scientists).

    Blips all round!

Do the buggers for conspiracy, after all there’s no timit limit on that.

The ClimateGate emails are full of mails from one liar to another working out how to dodge the FOI law. Banged to rights I’d say!!

It’s the cover-up that usually gets them not the crime itself.
